During my Co-Op with Back on my Feet, I was responsible for creating a variety of different types of graphics and digital content. As a part of the communications team, my role focused on social media, volunteer recruitment, rebranding, event materials, and race-day preparation. For more information about BomF, visit their website.
A large part of BomF's operations depend on volunteers and their members. Recruitment must be handled with integrity, approachability, and passion. My designs incorperated rebranding I created, a whole lot of vital information, and eye-catching elements.
An exciting oppertunity for me was to pitch a brand redesign for Back on my Feet. I considered the athletic/running element of the brand and their dedication to giving back.
During my time at BomF, an important project was working on an interactive toolkit to FundRacers/race participants for their social media outreach and personal promotion.
BomF private events were an oppertunity to create highly functional designs that served a specific purpose. Readability and brand representation were important values considered in the design process.
A few of the many race-day graphics needed during my time at BomF include a tank top design for multiple races across the country and a teeshirt, race bib, and thank you card for Run Fest.
Social Media
When creating social media content for BomF, it was important to consider the audience. The social media accounts were geared towards runners participating in BomF events. Here is a collection of social media tiles I created for race participants to post to show their participation and support of BomF.
